The town of Chipstead is located in Kent and is a small village in the Sevenoaks district. It is known for Chipstead Lake, which was used for gravel extraction, but is now a scenic spot with many walking routes. The village is near to the A21 and the A25, and in close proximity to the M25, making it a popular place for driving lessons.
