Hi, I’m Paul. I joined Lanes in 2011 as I wanted a career that could give me the flexibility to look after my autistic son. Being a driving instructor can be very challenging as every pupil and every day is different, however it’s also highly rewarding when you see the look on your students face when they pass. Because I have an autistic son I teach a lot of pupils with autism, ADHD and anxiety issues and seeing them pass is the greatest reward of all. Passing your driving test is a big milestone in people’s lives and I feel privileged to be part of that.
